REG1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAP2, SLC12A6, and LTF. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAP2 grouped by REG1B-low versus REG1B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
