Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4C6, CYP26C1, and OTUD6A. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4C6 grouped by REG1B-low versus REG1B-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
