Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,099 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAU, P4HA3, and RAB31. Each is linked with REEP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP3-to-partner and partner-to-REEP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP3 versus PLAU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
