Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P24, PDE4B-AS1, and EIF3JP1. Each is linked with REEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP2-to-partner and partner-to-REEP2 results are reported.
