The most reproducible REEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198 and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with REEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP2-to-partner and partner-to-REEP2 results are reported.
