Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,369 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Locomotory exploration behavior, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with REEP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP2-to-partner and partner-to-REEP2 results are reported.
