Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3925, MIR3689F, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with REEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP1-to-partner and partner-to-REEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3925 grouped by REEP1-low versus REEP1-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
