Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,590 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and SETDB1_S1066. Each is linked with RECQL4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL4-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL4 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
