Across TCGA cell cohorts, RECQL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,991 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECQL-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR70, IL1R2, and PARD3B. Each is linked with RECQL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL results are reported.
