RECK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,247 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SEPTIN2, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with RECK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECK-to-partner and partner-to-RECK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECK versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
