Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,055 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, KRT17P2, and RNY4P14. Each is linked with RDX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDX-to-partner and partner-to-RDX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by RDX-low versus RDX-high in BRCA.
