RDH12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP2, USP29, and CCDC42. Each is linked with RDH12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH12-to-partner and partner-to-RDH12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP2 grouped by RDH12-low versus RDH12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
