RCC1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,325 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCC1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, PRKRIP1, and PUS7. Each is linked with RCC1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC1L-to-partner and partner-to-RCC1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RCC1L versus GTF2I in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
