RCC1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCC1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5K1, TRAJ57, and SNORD90. Each is linked with RCC1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCC1L-to-partner and partner-to-RCC1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5K1 grouped by RCC1L-low versus RCC1L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RCC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RCC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
