Across TCGA patient cohorts, RCAN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RCAN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU1-6P, and DDX50. Each is linked with RCAN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RCAN2-to-partner and partner-to-RCAN2 results are reported.
