RC3H2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RC3H2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,633 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZGP1, FAM120A, and DNAJC25. Each is linked with RC3H2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H2-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AZGP1 grouped by RC3H2-low versus RC3H2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RC3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RC3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
