RC3H2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RC3H2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 640 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIMPOL, APCS, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with RC3H2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H2-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRIMPOL grouped by RC3H2-low versus RC3H2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RC3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RC3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
