Across TCGA patient cohorts, RC3H1-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,736 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H1-IT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are P-body assembly, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with RC3H1-IT1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H1-IT1 results are reported.
