RBX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGO1P2, PUDPP1, and LINC01519. Each is linked with RBX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBX1-to-partner and partner-to-RBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGO1P2 grouped by RBX1-low versus RBX1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
