Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,313 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBPJL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH4, GCNA, and WDR72. Each is linked with RBPJL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJL-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBPJL versus CNIH4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.
