RBPJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,259 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, MRPL47, and QKI. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBPJ versus PPIF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBPJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBPJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
