Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.
