Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBPJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,745 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPJ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell proliferation involved in heart morphogenesis, Regulation of cell adhesion involved in heart morphogenesis, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.
