Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBPJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBPJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP14, SEC14L3, and MSGN1. Each is linked with RBPJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPJ-to-partner and partner-to-RBPJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASP14 grouped by RBPJ-low versus RBPJ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBPJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBPJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
