RBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,877 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBX1, PTK7, and SCAMP2. Each is linked with RBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP1 versus PBX1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
