Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM26-associated genes across cancer lineages are AADACL3, TRIM64B, and ASB17. Each is linked with RBM26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM26-to-partner and partner-to-RBM26 results are reported.
