RBM23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and APEX1. Each is linked with RBM23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM23-to-partner and partner-to-RBM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM23 versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
