Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM22P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,545 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM22P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with RBM22P4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM22P4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM22P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule polymerization grouped by RBM22P4-low versus RBM22P4-high in STAD.
