Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM22P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM22P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RBM22P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM22P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and CESC are the cancer types where RBM22P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
