Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM14-RBM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM14-RBM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf77, MYF6, and GKN1. Each is linked with RBM14-RBM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM14-RBM4-to-partner and partner-to-RBM14-RBM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C7orf77 grouped by RBM14-RBM4-low versus RBM14-RBM4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM14-RBM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM14-RBM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
