Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CELF1, TRAM1, and RBBP5. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
