Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM10 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 14 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RBM10’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where RBM10 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RBM10 is over-expressed in tumor.

LIHC, COAD, and STAD are the cancer types where RBM10 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
