Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB11, OR52L1, and VN1R2. Each is linked with RBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB11 grouped by RBL1-low versus RBL1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
