RBAK-RBAKDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBAK-RBAKDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBAK-RBAKDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, PACSIN2, and PHF5A. Each is linked with RBAK-RBAKDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBAK-RBAKDN-to-partner and partner-to-RBAK-RBAKDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESS2 grouped by RBAK-RBAKDN-low versus RBAK-RBAKDN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBAK-RBAKDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBAK-RBAKDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
