Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,968 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, NUDT15, and SLC25A15. Each is linked with RB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RB1-to-partner and partner-to-RB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RB1 versus RFC3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
