RASSF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,341 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, LCP1, and LCP2. Each is linked with RASSF5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF5-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF5 versus ARHGAP25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
