Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCEA1P1, MIR495, and CDK8P1. Each is linked with RASSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF5-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCEA1P1 grouped by RASSF5-low versus RASSF5-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
