RASL11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,444 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBLN5, KANK2, and C11orf96_S399. Each is linked with RASL11A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASL11A versus FBLN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
