Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,611 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDR39U1, ZFYVE21, and SYP. Each is linked with RASL11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASL11A versus SDR39U1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
