Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3118-3, RN7SKP286, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RASL11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3118-3 grouped by RASL11A-low versus RASL11A-high in BRCA.
