RASL11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL11A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, IGFBP2, and MEK1. Each is linked with RASL11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RASL11A-low versus RASL11A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
