Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR513B, RNA5SP239, and RN7SL584P. Each is linked with RASL10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR513B grouped by RASL10A-low versus RASL10A-high in UCEC.
