Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASL10A RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RASL10A data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RASL10A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASL10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LGG show a favorable association.
MESO, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where RASL10A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
