Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP239 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP239 expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP239 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNA5SP239 RNA expression shows 5,524 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUAD, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNA5SP239 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
