RASGRP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIN3, APOBR, and WAS. Each is linked with RASGRP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP4-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP4 versus RIN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
