RASGRP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, A-Raf_pS299, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with RASGRP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP4-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RASGRP4-low versus RASGRP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
