RASGRP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1N1, C9orf92, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with RASGRP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP4-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1N1 grouped by RASGRP4-low versus RASGRP4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
