Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,337 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD2AP1, LINC01611, and RPL27AP3. Each is linked with RASD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD2-to-partner and partner-to-RASD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASD2 versus HIGD2AP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
