RARRES2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARRES2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARRES2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-863P, RNU6-738P, and MIR6737. Each is linked with RARRES2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARRES2-to-partner and partner-to-RARRES2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-863P grouped by RARRES2-low versus RARRES2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARRES2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARRES2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
