Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR8A2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR8A2P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR8A2P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, OR8A2P RNA expression shows 6,156 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight READ, KIRP, and LIHC as cancer lineages where OR8A2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
